Words Of Power!!!

For whatever God says to us is full of living power: it is sharper than the sharpest dagger, cutting swift and deep into our innermost thoughts and desires with all their parts, exposing us for what we really are (Hebrews 4:12 TLB). The quality of life you live is dependent on how much of God’s Word you feed on, abide in and declare with your mouth. The Bible says you’ve been “…born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” (1 Peter 1:23). God’s Word is powerful, it is active, and living. With words, God created the world we live in. He spoke and creation leapt into being. The Word existed before anything was ever created, and it has the ability to produce what it talks about. It endures forever and it’s the most reliable power in existence. God’s Word has such power that it holds everything in the universe in place (Hebrews 1:3). You see, the words you receive and declare actually determine what you get. But your words are the product of your thoughts. Therefore, to produce the right words – words of power – you must first receive the Word into your spirit and let it work on your thoughts. The Bible offers a balanced approach to setting goals that includes making plans yet doing so with wisdom and humility.
