1 John 4:17

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. As he is, not as he was.


He came as a man to be sacrificed. God raised Him as a victor. He is a king. God doesn't see you as a pauper beaten down by sickness and poverty and want. In His mind you are a victor, beautified by His glory, He has made righteous. Until you begin to see and say what God says about you, you will never experience it.


Luke 1:30

And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.


Fear not Ose (You can put your name here) for thou has found favour(charis) (grace) with God.

Favour is one of the qualities of grace. Grace is usally bestowed, an endowment or an impartation. Grace will usaually produce and ability in you. The power of it is reflected outside. Favour on the other hand refers to those details from grace. They are the details of the expressions of grace of individual operations and manifestations of grace. Which means that the grace of God already works in you but then you begin to find the expressions in the various things that may happen to you or that you may even do yourself and you start seeing these things that you call favours which means Favour is actually one of the outworkings of grace.

The Bible offers a balanced approach to setting goals that includes making plans yet doing so with wisdom and humility. Jesus’ illustration of building a tower implies that it is a good thing to have set goals ( Luke 14:28 ).
