God Choose You!!

God chose you, filled you with His Holy Spirit and His Word so you can make a positive impact in your generation as you let the light of the gospel shine through you. He wants you to shine as light to your world (Matthew 5:14). He wants you to sow yourself into somebody else’s life. In other words, He wants you to invest some of the things He has deposited in you into somebody else’s life. When you invest what God gave you into somebody else’s life, you’re promoted in the realm of the spirit. If you haven’t invested in yourself, you can’t invest anything in someone else. Therefore, this month and always, you must release yourself to the Holy Spirit. Allow Him to train and build you in the Word of God, until the character of your heavenly Father becomes evident in your life that others begin to rejoice in your light. Also, learn to pray with passion for lost souls, both in your understanding and in other tongues. These are the things that will engender a greater influence of the Holy Spirit in your life, and His fire will burn so much in your heart that everyone that comes around you catches the fire and is influenced positively for Jesus. It is your month of lights and a special time to influence your world with the glorious light of our gospel. Hallelujah! What does the Bible say about setting goals?

The Bible offers a balanced approach to setting goals that includes making plans yet doing so with wisdom and humility. Jesus’ illustration of building a tower implies that it is a good thing to have set goals ( Luke 14:28 ). To live with no motivation or planning is not God’s desire.  Proverbs 6:6-11  says, “Go to the ant, O sluggard;     consider her ways, and be wise. Jesus taught that the condition of a person’s heart will manifest itself in his or her behavior: “No good tree bears bad fruit, nor does a bad tree bear good fruit.
