I went for a Aids-Hiv test yesterday for my third time in 2 years and I feel good about it.Like they say you take a step ahead in your life.My test was of course negative and it was great news.

You and your partner could be infected with HIV without knowing it.The only way to find out if you are infected is to have a HIV test.It is very nerve recking,but worth it,believe me.Keep wearing condoms if there is any chance of you or your partner being unfaithful,even if you are both tested negative.

Sometimes men and woman are scared to say what they want.Then they are dissapointed and angry with their partner for not making them happy.Speak up,Your partner is not a mind-reader.

See yourself as a team.

Talk and explore,don't assume.

Learn to negotiate.It is fun to do things you like together.

These are just some of the things that let you know if your relationship is solid.

Jealous - dishonest - selfish - demanding - manipulative - controlling -possessive
